problems with the stability of results

hi!!! can someone please tell me why a huge unstability in my monitoring points is due???? perhaps is it the value of the timestep???? Thank you very much!!

thank you for your interest ghorrocks. I changed the timestep from 0.1 s (one third of the remaining time of the fluid within the domain as reccommended) to 0.001 s. Doing so, the values of my monitoring points changed from being really chaotic and oscillating to a much more smooth appearance. Again, thank you for your interest. Kind regards from spain
