Hi all,

I would like have the RPI Wall Boiling Model in CFX either CFX 11 or CFX 12. I realized that the model should exist in domain>Fluid Pair tab under mass transfer>Phase Change Model (just below Heat Transfer Coefficient Under Relaxation Factor). But it does not exist in my computer.

So here I would like to ask how can I have the model and hope that I can get your advice.

Thank you.

CJH

Guess in 11 it was not there. If I correctly remind, it is there 12.1. Possibly you have to activate beta features.

Hi Joey,

Thank you for your reply. I had enabled the beta feature in edit>option. But the model still did not appear.

before searching for this model,
you should define at least two fluid in basic setting/fluid and particle definitions.
just below this in morphology section choose Droplets(phase change) for one of the fluid
hope this help you
