While attempting to use a surface as an interface in CFX is it required to have the same element size on the side1 and side2. I heard of something like a non conformal mesh interface but I’m not sure of what it is all about.
Can some one please help me out

You are looking for general grid interface, or GGI. They are described in the documentation.
