what does this error mean? help me plz

i have coupled the transient stractural and CFX, but at the first of solve appear this error

It means that your structural code (ANSYS) crashed. As it says in the message:
Please review the output, error and log files from both the CFX and external processes to determine the cause of the error.

That is, look in both the *.out file from CFX and the *.stdout file from Ansys.
