hi
i am modeling channel with 3 phases (air+water+sediment). when i select depressed solid for sediment, one error occurred. it want a dynamic viscosity for sand that is material of sediment. i don't know what value i should use. is there method for calculate it? or what is the value of it? |

Guess you have defined sand as a solid. For a solid it is not reasonable to define a dynamic viscosity. Subsequently CFX does not allow it.
To solve your problem you have to think about your physics and how to model it. |

hi
sand is not defined in material, because of it i defined it. in definition of sand, it don't need dynamic viscosity but when i select depressed solid for sand, CFX need dynamic viscosity for it. |

I also need that viscosity of sand for creating new inert material for injection of eulerian multiphase flow but i don't know how to get it or measure it |
