HI all,

I am new to CFX.

I try to model solidification of PCM spheres using CFX. can i use k-epsilon model? i want to know the heat absorbed by the PCM.

I tried using laminar, sst, and so far standard k-e converged faster even with big time steps. But i am not sure it is correct or not.

PCM = phase change material
PCM spheres = PCM encapsulated by hard case (hollow sphere)

Please advise... thanks.
