Hi Everyone!
Does anyone know, if it's possible to use Profile Boundary Conditions to define a heat flux at the interface between a fluid domain and a porous domain? |

The interface between any domains is not a boundary, hence you cannot set boundary conditions. You can set source terms though, and these could be linked to a profile.
