I have problem with parallel solver. Serial works perfect, but parallel has status "Preparing run", and waits...and can't start. License is OK, I try on another computer and everything works perfect...Does anyone know where is the problem? Thanks!

There is a trouble shooting section in the documentation. Have you worked though that?

I will try to find. Thank you very much. If you know keywords for search, it would be fine... Thanks again.

Look in setting up the distributed parallel section, I think it is in the installation guide.

Local parallel is covered in the documentation as well. Try that first.

Do you have your computer connected to a network or active internet connection or is it standalone?

Sometimes you need an active internet or network connection for this to work as the licence looks for a network address, depending on if you are using HPMPI or MPICH2?

If it is connected then, your best bet is to read the manuals as people keep saying or contact your support provider.
