Dear all.

I am working in a pump company research and development. I work in CFX.

while doing CFD, I am facing problem that how do we really observe the flow at shut off through CFD. ??

what are the necessary steps that I should follow to calculate flow?

currently i am working for the new pump development, where I have to plot performance curve of the pump, I have observed flow at duty point, 80% and 120% of the duty point, but that gives only 3 reading ,
I want to observe the flow at shut off.

Thanks in advance, please do the needful support.

What is shut off? Is that when the pump stalls against the pressure head and the flow is zero? I have never worked on pumps.
