It is a setup error. You have not described anything about what you are try to do so I cannot help you any more.

Many thanks,
I setup a liquid-gas-solid simulation in a tank with baffles, with two domainne(tank) is fliud and the other(baffles) is solid, and want to simu the separation results when the mixture flow through.

what do you need for a clear judgement?

Hi,

I also think that your case setup has gone wrong since this error often occured to me at times of multiphase multicomponent simulations . I would guess you fluid definition / material definition has to be seen correctly. kindly cross check the values and also the reference pressure & reference enthaply of the fluid

best of luck
