hi

i made a cfx simulation on workbench12 and imported the load of one body to static structural, in order to see the stress distribution.

it worked, but the stress distribution along the body is not logical on my opinion.

i've looked for help and tutorials about it but found nothing important...

the problem is simple, a beam, constraind at both sides, and there's a force in the middle of the beam's length, normal to the beam's main axis.
i get max equvilant stress at the sides of the beam while the max stress should be in the middle, on my opinion.

i know it's a cfx forum, but any help would be great...
