The CFD results are on one mesh and the FEA model uses a different mesh. So if you want to use the pressure/wall shear results from the CFD as the boundary conditions for the FEA you need to map the pressure/wall shear across with interpolation.

What is interpolating on to new mesh in a same module say cfx?

Look in the ANSYS documentation for information about how data is transferred in FSI simulations.
