Hi all,
I have to simulate air flow and thermal phenomenom in an electronics package. It's only cooled by natural convection, so I must optimize vents. I've heard about Icepak but don't have it. So I'll probably use CFX. I assume it's a "conjugate heat transfer analysis" as : - Temperatures will modify air flow - Air flow will modifiy temperatures I'm familiar with Workbench (12), structural and thermal. I've never used Ansys products outside Workbench. So, Is there some tutorial that I could follow for making a conjugate heat transfer analysis staying inside Workbench ? Thanks for any advice, GB |
