Hi all,

I need to make an external subroutine to the ansys cfx solver, in order to make some operations that the ccl or expression does not allow me to do.

I am traying to makes the tutorials 9, but I can't compile the file that as the tutorial says. When i try to compile the file using the command editor I get the following message.
"CCL parser failed with message: Perl Syntax errors detected: cfx5mkext failed at (eval 45) line 1".

This is the first time i try to do it, I just installed the Ansys in my computer and I don't know anything about compiler or Fortran, Could anyone explain me what should I do in order to complete the tutorial and learn about programming with fortran

Thanks

As far as I can remember this tutorial can be done without compiling anything. Do you have a fortran compiler installed on your machine?

Hi.

The tutorial 9 can be done with CEL expression, but there is an opcion to do it compiling a file called PipeValve_inlet.F, at this point is where I get the error message.

I don't have installed any fortran compiler in my pc, now I realized that this is the problem, I am going to install it and then try again.

Thanks
