hi ,
thanks triton,
i am solving the same problem i created the turbomachinery mesh in two parts. one is casing(stator) and rotor(impeller) and i gave almost all the inputs in the cfx pre but solver stops after one iteration or it does not start.
i am no able to give interface between stator and rotor.

You should use Frozen Rotor if you have chances of mixed or radial flow.
And if you have axial flow then you should use Stage.
