I have a domain interface connecting non-matching areas (cylinder wall and ports) using a GGI (cylinder is a hexa mesh and ports are meshed with tets and inflation layers). For the larger area (cylinder wall), I have to specify Nonoverlap Conditions and I'm wondering why "Adiabatic" is the only available choice for Heat Transfer. I'd like to be able to set the cylinder wall to a constant temperature everywhere except where it overlaps with the ports.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks, Tristan |

Hi,
Adiabatic is the only option so far implemented. I don't know if V12 has more options available, ask your CFX support person. This might also be a beta feature which is not visible in the GUI - again, ask your support person. Glenn Horrocks |
