Hi,
I am trying to simulate a Fan rotating in open atmoshphere. I have created a sector equal to the pitch angle, all the way upto the atmosphere. I am connecting the Fan domain with atmosphere with Frozen rotor interface. I am specifying BCs as Opening with Static Pressure for entrainment and have periodic at the sides. I am haiving convergence difficulties. Some advice regarding this kind of simulation would be highly appriciated. Regards, Shraman |

Hi,
I think it is very difficiult to make any suggestions with the limited explanation from your post. Best would be that you upload your .out file and jpeg of the domain of your interest . Best of luck |
