Hi,I am dealing with a FSI problem(micropump) including piezoelecric analysis(ANSYS) and microfluid simulation(CFX). But my problem is that the more I increase the frequency of applied voltage, the more flow rate is attained which is not true. Because a maximum flow rate should exist near the resonance frequency of system.I changed the working fluid from water to air but unexpectedly the deflection mplitude of diaphragm was the same as water! It shows the solution of ANSYS and CFX were maybe independent!
