Hi, I am trying to mesh a volume controle.

The flow pass between thow plate. The space between the to plate is 0.005in (0.13mm) and the area of the plate is 40in(1016mm) x 30in(762mm). The inlet flow is trought an orifice in the center of one of the two plate.

I want to mesh this volume. With this géometrie, I need to mesh with a spacing max 0.005in(.13mm).

When I try to mesh I see this error :

Storage allocation failed Number of words requested 9956546 Array xyz

I want to know if their is a way to mesh this king of géometrie.

Tanks

In chx mesh, I change the default mesh scale factor.

And with that, I see this error:

meshman.loadmesh(dm.files.get("surface.mesh"),fals e

Did someone know what to do with this kind of error

Tanks
