hello all. I am trying modeling the phenomenon of flow involved porous media. The case is like this: ----------------------------------------------------

U inlet p outlet

|-----------------------------|

| infinite porous media | ---------------------------------------------------- 2D problem, I want to know the velocity profile near the interface of porous (up surface of infinite porous media) and main flow. I modeled it just define two domains, I find there exists velocity jump between the interface. I want to know the exact method used here. Is there anybody interested this? Regards,

I can't attach picture, I re-explain my case. 2D problem, flow flow parallelly pass to infinete porous media. I want to konw the velocity profile near the interface.
