Velocity at each nodes::: how??

i always used to plot velocity vector, now i want to calculate velocity at each node. os there any options to get directly as it is available in fluent??

All the components of velocity are there. Look under the Variables tab in Post.
Velocity Velocity u Velocity v Velocity w What are you trying to do? -CycLone |

hi cyclon.. i know, there is a option for velocity u, v and w i want to each velocity values at each node. i hope you understand the meaning of node: i.e. i made a meshing so value of each meshing corners. please try.. it is possible in fluent. i am looking it for ansys CFX.

Hi Nitin,
Yes, I understand the meaning of node. CFX control volumes are centered about element vertices (i.e. nodes), so unlike FLUENT, there is no need to explicitly extrapolate values to nodes; they are already there. I recommend you review the CFX theory documentation. -CycLone |
