Hi!
I'm trying to solve a problem in which is given a Heat transfer from a radiative wall to a porous domain. This porous domain is at the same time fluid and solid, but only the fluid part is insered in the details of the domain after chosing the domain. My goal is to see the temperature in the solid part of the porous domain. Regards, Tiago. |

I think it can not be done with your assumption. Still if you want to see temperature in solid part them you have to make exact porous media geometry with vains and other details.

Seems like the ANSYS V12 will have this differentiation of solid and fluid in the porous domain. As i been told. Thank you

I am looking for the feature of porous domain for local thermal non-equilibrium which cater different energy equations for fluid phase and solid phase in the porous domain. I try to look for it, but I cannot find anything. Could you advise ? Where did you get info about the differentiation of solid and fluid in the porous domain? Best regards
