ICEM-CFD meshing file format??

I want to mesh the 3d model using ICEM-CFD, but how to save the mesh file (.msh or any format) that can be read and able to analysis in Fluent???

select solver as Fluent from solver selction and then go to pannel of output then selct write output data.
