Default how to simulate the pithing motion of a airfoil

the axis is 25% of the chord ,and I know how to use a new coord ,but I really wonder how to set the angel changing with alpha=0.016+2.51*sin(omega*t) . Is there somebody can give me some advice about how to descirbe the CCL about this case or about the mesh displament ?
