Silly question, but is your timestep adequate and do you have Total Energy fluid model switched on?

of course i switched on the total Energy fluid since it is compressible flow.

about timestep, look at this previous post http://www.cfd-online.com/Forum/cfx.cgi?read=28390

but i doubt that u can resolve the problem, cos it is more complex than u can imagine. it seems simple but the problem is real. did u work with transient transonic compressor with CFX 11 before ?

i'm not asking about the setup in cfx, but i just want to know if there is anyone who has same problem with transient simulations for transonic compressor, and if there is who got successful simulations with cfx 11 for transonic compressor to share with me his experience.
