Default No Heat Transfer between two solid domains

I am setting a simple case to test the multiple solid and fluid domains.

Water and Air domains were separated by 2 different solid domains connected by solid-solid interface.

This test case is trying to get the temperature and flow field in the water enclosed by solid domain A.

Heat transfer from constant temperature wall to the air and solid domain B is visible (Not converged after 10000 iterations (the energy in the water domain can not converged), but very stable)

The problem is there is no heat transfer from solid A to solid B, no heat transfer from water to solid A.

I had set [CFX5_NO_CONSTANT_PHYSICS=T] in the environment variable. I could setup the two fluid properties at two different fluid domain.

I also set the [CHECK ISOLATED REGIONS=F]

But this doesn't help.

Please give me some hint how to solve this problem.

I had searched the forum but did not find the answer. I used [HEAT EXCHANGER] and [TWO FLUID DOMAIN] and some other keyworks to read most of the questions back to 2002 but did not find the answer.

I am new to CFX. Please help me.......

I am waiting here for the answers.

Best.

Once I received your file. I will run it. It may take 30 minutes.

I will keep you post here with new results.

Thanks a million.

Make a simulation up to 100 iterations and tell us what it will happen! Mey MSN is rogeriobrito2007@hotmail.com, 05h51min. PM, saturday, in Brazil.

Best Regards
