hi.
i have two bodies.one body enclosed inside the other.but when i mesh i get 2 boundry at the same surface.how can i make it to 1 boundry at this surface. could anyone think of a possible solution to this... |

Hi,
The interface between the two bodies has one surface on one body and the other surface on the other body. Or do you mean the meshes are not conformal? Or do you mean you did not want to mesh the internal body? Your question was not specific. Glenn Horrocks |

hi. what you have mentioned is absolutely correcct.there are 2 surfaces at the interface. one in each body. but i would like to have only one surface at this area.can i merge these 2 surface into one surface.. is that possible..

Hi,
If you want to connect the two domains with an interface then you cannot delete the 2 surface patched. If the two surfaces are conformal and you want to join the two domains into one domain then both surfaces will be deleted as they become interior nodes. Glenn Horrocks |
