Particle Injection Velocity

Default Particle Injection Velocity

I have a Problem with the particle injection velocity. In the boundary condition i specified 10-20 m/s and massflow. In the results i have a velocity from about 2340 m/s !!!

Does someone know why? I checked everthing twice. I can't see a mistake.
