hello!
somebody knows in wich mode i can use the import formatted input point data? the help is not available for this thanks a lot!! |

do u mean data from mesh?
If it is a boundary condition, u can do like this: For example, time [s] and temperature [K]: 0.0 30.0 0.1 31.0 0.2 31.5 0.3 31.6 0.4 31.7 0.5 31.8 ... ... 99.9 102.6 100.0 103.3 |

No, i'm talking about geometry data(point, line,surface) ... you can find it in the menu file/importing geometry...

"LD", "ISOLADOS", and "LE" are the names of 2D boundary conditions. This data were exported from ICEM CFD for cfx5. format.

But, where did you build your geommetry ans mesh?n There are many option to import the mesh on icem cfd 11!

the geometry, use step (not iges) or parasolid! I used to import x_t files from SolidWorks.
