cheap_person is on a distinguished road
Hello and good morning!
Hope you are doing fine.

Context
I'm performing a cfd periodic simulation of a propeller blade. In model there is a dome shaped rotating domain and cylindrical static domain.

I've turned on streamline (starting from INLET, forward direction).

In the following picture you can clearly see:

Problem: The problem is fluid is slipping over the wall of dome or rotating domain. however, the wall is subjected as INTERFACE not as WALL.
Hence, it is not entering the rotating domain.

I'll be very thankful for your responds.

Sending positive vibes!!!

Gert-Jan will become famous soon enough
Not sure, but looking at your figure, I only see periodic interfaces that connect front and back surface.
But where is your sliding interface between rotating and stationary domain. You should define that as well. And if not, you have the risk that the interfaces are made Walls by default.

Also, you are using Fluent. So I think you will get more help in the Fluent Forum.
Alternatively, use CFX, which I can highly recommend for rotating applications.

Note: Do not create external links to share pictures. You can upload a picture by "Going Advanced".

Assuming this model is done in CFX - then please upload your output file.
