I wonder if it is possible to solve acoustic analysis for multiple reflections noise cancelation. I want to analyse the effect of baffle in a chamber.
How can I import cfx mesh file into ansys multi physics?

CFX can do this but it is better done with an acoustics solver.

The easiest way is to do it in Workbench and then transferring geometry, meshes, models and results between different solvers is easy.
