Hi,
I try to simulate the distribution of combustion products inside and outside my car. When I attempt to calculate the model in transient model, I encounter the following error: I must mention that I do not have any issues when I calculate in steady-state model. +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Buoyancy Reference Information | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ Domain Group: CarInside Buoyancy has been activated. The absolute pressure will include hydrostatic pressure contribution, using the following reference coordinates: ( 2.08440E-03,-3.79753E-01,-8.01360E-01). +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | An error has occurred in cfx5solve: | | | | The ANSYS CFX solver exited with return code 101. No results | | file has been created. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ End of solution stage. +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | The following user files have been saved in the directory | | /home/simulation/08qeibl7.ea0/CFX_008: | | | | pids, mon | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ This run of the ANSYS CFX Solver has finished. How can I fix this error? wishes, |

May I ask which release you are using?

Is it possible for you to run on a more recent release?
If you compare the output files between the steady state output file, and the transient one, can you spot non-obvious differences? With the available information, I can only advise you to contact the Ansys CFX support line.

Hello again,
I found a solution. Normally, I calculate my model through a cluster, but when I calculated it locally on my computer, I saw more errors related to the initialization of my model. When I fixed them, I could calculate the model in transient without any problem. whishes |
