Default difference between Meshing Parameters

Hello! Help me please.

Can you help me understand the main difference between following Volume Meshing Parameters: Quick (Delaunay) Smooth (Advancing Front TGrid I am reading help, but I dont understand the MAIN difference! It's look similar. But Quick (Delaunay) have more options.
