I have the information of the sections used in a blade inccluding stsgger angle, cord length and their radius. I need to generate the .curve files based on this data. I don't know if I have to provide the profile curves in planes normal to z axis or I have to wrap them around an imaginary cylinder having the given radius.
I would also appreciate documentations about the requirements of such curves.

The user Manuel documentation of Turbogrid should show you the. Curve setup.

You basically have 3 files representing the Hub, shroud profile and the blade profiles.
Within the blade.Curve you can have as many profiles as you need along your blade span.
The coordinates can be XYZ or cylindrical data.

There should be example cases of such files in the ansys install directory. Have a look there. There is also a turbine case.
