CFX Pre: Transform mesh dialog does not appear

Hi there,

in version 2023 R2, if I right click on a mesh in CFX Pre and select "transform mesh", the dialog window for transforming mesh does not appear. Do you have please any idea? I tried to change some properties in cfx5pre.exe but it did not help..

Has it appeared on another screen?

You can reset the display in CFX-Pre. Have a look at the top menu bar for this.

If you want to reset the screen layout to default - you will obviously loose any customisation you have done - you can delete the temp directory in your home folder/directory. I think they are .ansys(VersionID) or something like that. When you restart CFX it will regenerate this using the defaults.

Thanks for advice.

1) I cant see display reset in to menu bar in Pre.. ?
2) I deleted the file CFXPreferences.XML in folder c:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v232\commonfiles\registry\winx64\ but it does not work.
In options, also tried CFX defaults and Workbench defaults...

Another observation: the pop up window "Mesh Statistics" works.
But the pop window "reload mesh files" does not emerge either...

Any other ideas, please?
