I'm making a simulation of three phase flow --water,gas and oil.The composition of oil is so complex that I found no way to make it up!Is there anyone who use it can help me ? Please reply!

If it's just a 3 phase, incompressible, isothermal calculation without chemical reactions, you can specify for the oil the viscosity and density. That is a fairly common approach. Viscosity and density are normally known for any kind of oil.
