Hello everyone, I'm trying to run a Transient Blade Row of a centrifugal pump and everytime I try starting the sim, I get this error:
+--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Host Memory Information (Mbytes): Solver | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Host | Npart | System | Allocated | % | +------------------------+-------+-------------+-------------+-------+ | ZORANS_LAPTOP | 4 | 65244.87 | 47591.21 | 72.94 | +------------------------+-------+-------------+-------------+-------+ +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | ****** WARNING ****** | | | | This Transient Blade Row run may experience robustness and/or | | convergence difficulties caused by the "Frozen Rotor" domain | | interface : Impeller to Stator_2 | | which could inject additional frequencies not captured by the | | defined Fourier transformations. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ Details of error:- ---------------- Error detected by routine PEEKCA CDANAM = CPERIOD CRESLT = NONE Current Directory : /ABR/OUTPUT/ZN1 +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. | | Message: | | Stopped in routine MEMERR | | | | | | | | | | | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | An error has occurred in cfx5solve: | | | | The ANSYS CFX solver exited with return code 1. I tried all parallel run modes, changing various parameters in the simulation setup that could lead to a changing demands on the memory and changed the interface from the warning to "Transient Rotor Stator", just to see what happens. Nothing of that worked. I'm looking forward to your help! Edit: Could this possibly be a problem with the meshes? Last edited by zorgre; April 2, 2024 at 10:47. |
