I add a source to the Turbulence Kinetic Energy equation of the DES model, but after 500+ time steps ,CFX end with the error 'Fatal overflow in linear solver.',what can I do to solve the problem?

Which source did you use?

How did you implement the source?

Without details, it is not possible to suggest modifications.

I add a source to turbulent kinetic energy equation of DES model to make the model return to SST turbulence model, and then I can make use of Central Difference Scheme which can be only chosen in DES simulation.

That describes your goal, but not how you attempted the implementation.

Each person can come up with different ways to code the modification, perhaps there is an error in your formulas or expressions. How can we tell? or something missing in the setup to complete the source?
