oscillating RMS ?

Hi,
if the RMS values on the solver oscillate (hold around a value),what could be the cause ;poor mesh quality or simply a large timestep ,or both ? thanks |

I had a similar problem although it was with energy balances. Refining the mesh and using double precision made a huge difference.
