Hi, Our system administrator has installed Service pack 1 for CFX-11 but when I try to confirm that I access Service pack rather version 11 without SP1, it does not show the term SP1 added to its information. (help->about CFX)
Please see the screen shot here. http://b.imagehost.org/0073/Screenshot.png But build date has been changed to August 2007. Is it Special version? One mistake that we made is, we did not uninstall the version 11 first (as recommended in the SP1 documents,,for linux installation.) Could any body suggest some thing? It would be great if you can check in your CFX information and let me know. Thanks in advance, KK |

When you start a job, at the top of the .out file it should say "installed patches... Service Pack 1"
Check to see if that is the case, otherwise you may need to re-install. |

Thanks Alex. It prints Installed patches:
* * Service Pack 1 So I hope it should be fine. I will see if simulations face some problem. I was worried because documents mention that either it should be a clean install or installation to a different directory. And our system administrator did not follow that instrcution at the time of installation SP1. Let me see how well it goes. KK |
