I want to learn more about CFX...

Prior to taking some paid training with ANSYS this spring, I would like to become as knowledgeable about CFX as possible (I work in the electronics industry). Does anyone have any links to public tutorials or guides that might be of interest to a new CFX user (and for someone new to CFD in general)? Searching CFX on the internet doesn't lead to much else besides ANSYS Inc. pages. I have worked through most of the CFX tutorials and I am itching for more info and best practice tips and tricks.
Thanks, Craig Hildreth |

Hi
You might want to take a look at this: "Computational Fluid Dynamics using ANSYS CFX": http://ecow.engr.wisc.edu/cgi-bin/ge...is/notes/?date |

Hi Craig,
We are part of the CFX team that are licensed to sell and train with CFX. If you have trouble with the software once you get going or need some best practice advice with regards to the mesh, BC's etc, let me know. Joel |
