Default guide me to solve extended surface heat transfer

hello I'm student university in Malaysia.Now i study about simulation heat transfer (extended surface)by using Cfx.I have problem to set at the Cfx-Pre and cfx-post.In this problem,we see the temperature analysis in extended surface.please guide me to set cfx-pre and cfx-post the fin.Reply mine email as soon as possible because i want send this project at lecturer in this next week.please guide me.

Now i want to simulate boiling water in the kettle water by ansys cfx.now i follow the tutorial 14-conjagate heating coil but i still cannot have the result after cfx-solver.how to set the cfx-post at the kettle.
