Default domain interface for moving and deforming mesh

i just want to know that if i use domain interface for problem of moving and deforming mesh then will it affect the accuracy of results of simulation?

i'm doing simulation of combustion chamber of ic engine in which valve and piston are moving..

Hi,

Why not do some simple test cases and establish for yourself? Then you can test conditions equivalent to what you are simulating.
