Rotational periodicity in CFX-Mesh

Does anybody else out there find it pointless to try and make a rotationally periodic pair in CFX-Mesh (v10/11)? Whenever I have attempted to do so, it spits out a message to the effect that surfaces do not "appear" truly periodic. This does not occur with just one geometry, but is a problem that I've always experienced. I'll bet any money and my life, that in every case, the surfaces in question have been precisely periodic.
The solver has no problem whatsoever with the periodic boundaries, but I must the the (slower) GGI interface connection. Arghh! >-( |
