error during creation of ".gtm" file

hai,

I am working on cfx 11. Presently i have meshed my model. But at the end when ".gtm"file is being created i'm getting error as "THERE WAS PROBLEM CONVERTING THE MESHER OUTPUT INTO THE GTM DATABASE". I have enoughf memory for the files(for temperory as well as actual meshed files (about 23GB)) and all the ".lck" files have been removed. But still i am getting the error. Can you please suggest me a probable reason for this and a solution?

HI, check it, is it really volume mesh or surface mesh? if it is suface mesh only then it cant save as a name of .gtm ok.

which mesh tool you r using? what type of geometry it is?

hai pankaj i have meshed my model using Ansys cfx meshing.My model is complex and have 36lakh elements.
