To see solid material behavior in terms of physical displacements / stresses, you need some FEA software like ANSYS. CFX can't do that. Again, to solve a problem that includes both, fluid phenomenon & solid physical response to it and vise versa, then you got to go for FSI (CFX & ANSYS-FEA combined). Read about FSI in CFX help. Contact your local ANSYS-CFX support for more detail on it.

as you wrote i find it in cfx help, but i have a new question.the pressure load transfers from cfx to simulation in a specified time(eg:t=1.5 s).can i transfer the pressure load in total time and make an animation in simulation? thanks for your answer.

I have never tried FSI myself. So, about your first question on 'load transfer at a particular time' I will not comment anything. Animation - ofcourse you can have animation in CFX & ANSYS both. There are different ways for the same. Check them out in respective Help files.
