hello,iwant to create a framework of circles and then create a cylinder of them by sweep a surface curve.how can i do it in design modeler 10.0?can anyone guide me? thanks

Create the first circle then use a "pattern" operation to replicated it. Create the curve you want to sweep it along, then use the sweep operation to perform the sweep.

with the help of co-ordinate points i have already drawn a 3d curve. can any one suggest me how to draw tangent to a 3d curve like NACA-0012.

This is a solid modelling question. Try the geometry and meshing forum or something relevant to your solid modelling package.
