After set Topology, right click near the geometry: select "Transformation" and "Blade to Blade". Activate in the menu "Display" - > "blade to blade view" the option "Use passage transform". Now uncheck all geometry entities excluding "hub" or "shroud" in the group "layers". You will able to view all distorted planar elements. Bad elements in these planes lead to inconsistent 3D mesh. Moving master control point will help you to resolve problem. Before generate 3D mesh, verify the options inside "mesh data": too high or too low values can lead to inconsistent 3D mesh.
