Hello, I am working on CFX as a beginner. My case is simillar to the Tutorial file 12. I used same boundary condition but with dfferent mesh. When I run the case after 7 iteration the following error messege observed. Is there any one help me out of this problem? Thanks
****** Notice ****** | | A wall has been placed at portion(s) of an INLET | | boundary condition (at 0.1% of the faces, 0.2% of the area) | | to prevent fluid from flowing out of the domain. | | The boundary condition name is: S1 Inlet. | | The fluid name is: Air Ideal Gas. | | If this situation persists, consider switching | | to an Opening type boundary condition instead. ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. | | Message: | | Floating point exception: Overflow Details of error:- ---------------- Error detected by routine POPDIR CRESLT = ILEG Current Directory : /FLOW/NAMEMAP |

This overflow error is due to some basic physics description errors i.e. solver is diverging. Go through manual for obtaining convergence.
Also extend your outlet to remove recirculation. Regards, Pankaj. |
