Greeting everyone
I am currently working on simulation of a centrifugal compressor in CFX.
I have CAD model of compressor but i am unable to import it to turbogrid for meshing. It has spitter blades too and i am very stuck as i don't know how to import the geometry in turbogrid.
I have watched many tutorials but i am not getting any break through.

Explain detail. What module you use to import to turbo grid.? Are you importing from design modeler, Did you define flow path?

I did it before using siemens NX. I hope the attached picture helps you.

Did you use the TurboGrid Point based method with the hub, shroud and blade curve files?
If not, you could extract points for hub and shroud as well as all your blade profiles (along the blade span) inside your 3D-CAD model and write them into a curve file. This is mentioned in the tutorials as well.

Also, if you get any errors when you import your model (or your curve files), please, provide them as well here, so we better can get to the cause of your problem.
